Rebel Children

This is the story of two high school juniors on a mission.

Chelsi and I had grown up hearing tales of our elder siblings ditching class to go on Maverick runs or to chill at a friends house.

They made it seem like a piece of cake.

Homecoming Week 2007- We decided it was our turn.

The Date: October 17, 2007 8:12 am

So during Mrs.Genseal's first period class, we left.  Got out of our seats and walked right out like we didn't have a care in the world.
I, being the only licensed driver, revved up my GeoMetro and off we went, giggling nervously the whole time.
Where did we go you ask? To McDonalds for some McSteamy, McHot and McFattylicious breakfast of course! Lucky for us, there was practically NO ONE on the roads. It was eight in the morning after all.
We pulled up to the window, ordered our food, and BAM...                                                                  just like that we had ditched class. We felt like changed women.
And then we felt sick to our stomachs.
